REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee is $395. You may pay the fee in full on-line. If you register before May 1, 2020, you may reserve your spot by paying a $175 deposit now and the balance will be due on May 1, 2020 - your card will be automatically charged. The $175 deposit is refundable, if you notify camp staff prior to May 1, 2020, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below. If you register after May 1, 2020, you must pay the entire fee when you register for camp.

EARLY BIRD SIGN UP DISCOUNT
Register prior to 3/1/20 and receive a $25 discount. This discount may not be combined with any other discount.

GOT A FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT AT WORK?
Many parents use their employer's FSA benefit to save even more. Check with your employer to see if the camp fee qualifies as Dependent Care. For FSA reimbursement purposes, the camp's FEIN is 45-0643499.

CAMP TIMES
Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

PARTICIPANT AGES
Camps are open to boys and girls ages 6 to 14.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS DISCOUNT
If you register two or more children at the same time, a $25 discount will be applied to each registration fee. In order to receive this Family/Friends Discount the registrations must be submitted together by completing the "Add another registration" section of the form.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
You must notify camp staff in writing to cancel your registration. If you cancel your registration at least 40 days prior to the first day of camp, you will receive a refund equal to the registration fee you paid. If you cancel your registration 14 to 39 days prior to the first day of camp, you will receive a refund equal to the registration fee you paid minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the first day of camp. Any amounts refunded are subject to deduction of processing fees.

EXTRA INNINGS (EARLY ARRIVALS AND LATE PICKUPS)
Camps begin at 9 a.m. and conclude at 3 p.m. However, to accommodate parents' schedules, you may drop off your camper as early as 8 a.m. and/or pick him/her up as late as 5 p.m. An additional $5 will be charged for each early or late "Extra Inning." Just check in with the camp Field Director on Monday morning.

LUNCH
Campers should bring their own lunch and drinks. No refrigeration will be available, so please plan accordingly. Please make sure to affix your player's name to these items.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, outdoor camp activities will be moved indoors. Our curriculum has provisions for excellent indoor activities and instruction. We reserve the right to cancel camp days for weather-related reasons and no refunds will be given. Every effort will be made to complete instruction.

FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS
Once you have registered we will communicate additional important camp information via e-mail. Please enter your e-mail address accurately on the registration form. Also, be sure you are entering the parent or guardian e-mail address, NOT the camper's.

CAR POOLING
We will assist you in making car pool arrangements. If interested, check the "Car Pool" box on the registration form. Prior to camp, parents who check the "Car Pool" box will be connected with others who are interested in this convenience.

COMPLIMENTARY REDS TICKETS
You will receive four tickets to one 2020 Reds home game. You will be able to select a date from a list of approved dates. Location of game tickets to be determined, subject to availability. ADA accessible game tickets available upon request. You will receive a special ticket email after you register that will guide you through the redemption process.

UNIFORM SIZING CHART
With registration in camp comes a full Reds uniform! Please use this chart when selecting sizes during registration.

**YS pants have adjustable bottoms and can be shortened up to 5 inches
